We don't have access to the pool until the end of girls water polo season (Feb 25th). Swim practice "officially" begins on Monday, Feb.27th, 2017. Please watch out for announcement and/or email for any changes.
PACIFIC COAST LEAGUE INFORMATION
CDMHS Swim/Dive competes in the Division 1 Pacific Coast League against the following schools:
Beckman High School
Irvine High School
Northwood High School
University High School
Woodbridge High School
PRACTICES
Swimmers and divers should report to coaching staff on the pool deck - Monday, February 27th, 2017, unless you receive an email to report earlier. Coaches will advise athletes of the details of their practice schedules at that time.

PRACTICES/MEET SCHEDULE
SOUTHERN SECTION - DIVISION 1 - CIF - SEASON HIGHLIGHTS 2017
Our season includes two highly competitive relay events - the Capo Valley Relays held at Capistrano Valley High School and the Southern Section Millikan Relays also held at Capistrano Valley High School. Capo Relays kicks off our season in mid-March with separate prelim events culminating in coed finals.
The boys will compete in a Quad Meet against Capo, Loyola and University - a great event to lay down some very fast times!
At the end of our season we will compete in League Finals and our fastest swimmers and top divers that meet the CIF Time Standards/Criteria will represent CDM at CIF Division 1 Swim and Dive Championships. For the second year, select athletes will have the opportunity to compete at the CA State Meet. Good luck on a great 2017 season!
WHAT TO BRING TO PRACTICE
Swimmers will need to have appropriate competitive swim attire for all practices, goggles, swim caps for long hair, a towel and sunscreen. Be on deck and ready to swim by 1:30pm daily!
